Summer and rain go hand in hand here in the U.K. It reminded me of an old picture I did a while back and I wanted to recreate it.

I always love the rain and I think it’s visually powerful.

Something about this piece reminds me of my older work — obviously the picture is based on an older piece, but I really like the overall simplicity of it all. I say it every time, but I love making simple line art pieces. It's amazing how striking they are yet takes a fraction of the time!
